Technical Writer

About the role

SecuryxAI's product is complex and built on complex frameworks. As our Technical Writer you will make it approachable — producing clear, accurate documentation for the platform, our public framework guides, and the compliance methodology that sets us apart.

What you’ll do

• Write and maintain comprehensive product documentation for all SecuryxAI features
• Create framework guides that explain ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and other standards to practitioners
• Document API references, integration guides, and developer documentation
• Collaborate with Engineering to document new features before launch
• Build and maintain the SecuryxAI knowledge base and in-product help content
• Own the documentation style guide and content governance process

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of technical writing experience for SaaS products
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-experts
• Strong command of Markdown, documentation tools (GitBook, Mintlify, Confluence), and version control
• Meticulous attention to accuracy and consistency

Nice to have

• Background in security, compliance, or regulatory writing
• Experience documenting APIs and developer tools
• Familiarity with GRC frameworks and control documentation
