Solutions Consultant

About the role

As a Solutions Consultant at SecuryxAI you will guide new customers through the onboarding process — from initial configuration to their first live compliance program — ensuring a fast time-to-value and a strong foundation for long-term success.

What you’ll do

• Lead structured onboarding engagements for new SecuryxAI customers (first 90 days)
• Configure the platform to match customer control environments, frameworks, and team structures
• Train customer admins, contributors, and stakeholders on the SecuryxAI workflow
• Develop customer-specific onboarding materials, configuration templates, and training guides
• Identify and escalate onboarding blockers to Customer Success and Engineering
• Build reusable onboarding playbooks by vertical and use case

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years in implementation consulting, professional services, or technical onboarding at a SaaS company
• Strong training and facilitation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple concurrent onboarding projects
• Experience writing clear technical documentation and configuration guides

Nice to have

• Background in GRC tools, security platforms, or compliance automation
• Experience designing scalable onboarding programs
• PMP or CAPM project management certification
