Security Assessor

About the role

As a Security Assessor at SecuryxAI you will lead technical security assessments for design-partner customers — evaluating their control implementations against framework requirements and producing detailed gap reports that feed directly into the platform.

What you’ll do

• Conduct security control assessments against SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and AI governance frameworks
• Produce detailed gap analysis reports with prioritized remediation recommendations
• Review technical evidence including network diagrams, configuration exports, and audit logs
• Interview customer control owners to evaluate design and operating effectiveness
• Translate assessment findings into control implementation tasks within SecuryxAI
• Provide feedback to Product on assessment workflow improvements

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years in IT audit, security assessment, or penetration testing
• Hands-on experience evaluating technical security controls
• Strong understanding of cloud security controls (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience writing formal assessment reports and remediation roadmaps

Nice to have

• CPA, CISA, CISSP, or relevant professional certification
• Background in public accounting or Big Four IT audit
• Experience assessing AI/ML system security controls
