Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

As SecuryxAI's Recruiting Coordinator you will be the operational engine behind our talent acquisition — scheduling interviews, managing the candidate experience, and keeping our ATS and recruiting data accurate as we scale the team rapidly.

What you’ll do

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones for all open roles
• Own the candidate experience from application acknowledgment through offer letter
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in our ATS
• Support recruiters with job posting, sourcing coordination, and offer logistics
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source attribution
• Build scalable interview scheduling and feedback collection processes

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or executive assistant experience
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written communication — you set the tone for the candidate experience
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and scheduling tools

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth startup scaling from 20 to 100+ employees
• Background coordinating technical recruiting for engineering and security roles
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby ATS platforms
