ML Engineer

About the role

As an ML Engineer at SecuryxAI you will build the machine learning systems that power intelligent control mapping, risk scoring, and predictive compliance gap detection — translating research prototypes into production pipelines.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain ML pipelines for control-to-question semantic matching
• Design and train classification models for compliance risk categorization
• Build feature engineering pipelines from compliance document corpora
• Own MLOps infrastructure including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining triggers
• Implement vector databases and embedding search for the RAG knowledge base
• Collaborate with AI engineers on integrating ML signals into LLM prompts

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years of machine learning engineering with production deployment experience
• Strong Python skills with proficiency in PyTorch or JAX
• Experience with MLflow, Weights & Biases, or similar experiment tracking tools
• Solid understanding of NLP techniques including embeddings and semantic similarity

Nice to have

• Experience with text classification in legal, regulatory, or compliance domains
• Background in information retrieval and vector search (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security control taxonomies
