HR Business Partner

About the role

As SecuryxAI's first HR Business Partner you will build the people infrastructure and culture that attracts and retains world-class talent — from recruiting operations to performance management to the equity and compensation programs that make SecuryxAI a compelling career destination.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement SecuryxAI's people programs including performance reviews, career ladders, and compensation bands
• Own employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance across US and international employees
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and headcount prioritization
• Build a remote-first culture that celebrates async work, psychological safety, and high performance
• Manage benefits administration, PTO policy, and employee experience programs
• Ensure compliance with employment law across all jurisdictions where SecuryxAI employs staff

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of HR business partner or people operations experience at a technology company
• Experience building HR programs from scratch at a startup
• Working knowledge of employment law across key US states and international regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuinely people-first approach

Nice to have

• Experience at a remote-first, globally distributed company
• Background in security or technology startups with technical hiring complexity
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent HR certification
