Finance Manager

About the role

As SecuryxAI's Finance Manager you will build the financial infrastructure the company needs to scale from early revenue to Series A — managing bookkeeping, reporting, FP&A, and the financial controls that support our own compliance posture.

What you’ll do

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Build and maintain financial models for headcount planning, runway, and scenario analysis
• Manage relationships with accounting firm, payroll provider, and banking partners
• Produce board-ready financial reporting packages with variance analysis
• Implement financial controls that support SecuryxAI's SOC 2 audit evidence collection
• Lead fundraising data room preparation and investor financial due diligence

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years in finance, FP&A, or accounting at a high-growth technology company
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with startup financial infrastructure (QuickBooks, Stripe, Brex, etc.)
• CPA or equivalent finance certification preferred

Nice to have

• Background at a SaaS startup from Seed through Series B
• Experience preparing for and supporting financial audits
• Familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606) and ARR metrics
