Compliance Analyst

About the role

As a Compliance Analyst at SecuryxAI you will support the development and maintenance of our control library — researching framework requirements, drafting control narratives, and helping customers understand what evidence satisfies each control.

What you’ll do

• Research and document control requirements from SCF, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, SOC 2, and other frameworks
• Draft implementation guidance and sample evidence descriptions for each control
• Assist customers in mapping their existing policies and procedures to SecuryxAI controls
• Review and QA AI-generated control narratives for accuracy and completeness
• Track framework updates and regulatory changes, flagging required updates to the control catalog
• Support the Senior GRC Consultant on customer-facing advisory engagements

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years in GRC, audit, or security compliance roles
• Working knowledge of at least two major security or AI governance frameworks
• Strong research and writing skills for compliance documentation
• Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy

Nice to have

• CISA, CRISC, Security+, or equivalent certification
• Experience with GRC platforms (OneTrust, Drata, Vanta, Archer)
• Understanding of AI risk concepts and the AI governance landscape
