Community Manager

About the role

As SecuryxAI's Community Manager you will build and nurture the security and compliance practitioner community that becomes SecuryxAI's most powerful growth engine — hosting events, moderating discussions, and creating programming that makes SecuryxAI the home base for AI governance practitioners.

What you’ll do

• Build and grow the SecuryxAI community across Slack, LinkedIn, and events
• Host monthly virtual events featuring GRC practitioners, framework authors, and AI governance experts
• Moderate community discussions and connect members with relevant resources and each other
• Partner with Content Marketing on community-sourced content and AMAs
• Identify and cultivate community champions and brand advocates
• Track community health metrics — engagement, growth, retention, and pipeline attribution

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of community management or developer relations experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for building genuine professional communities
• Experience hosting and producing virtual events
• Data-driven approach to measuring community impact

Nice to have

• Personal network in the security, compliance, or AI governance community
• Experience with community platforms (Circle, Slack, Discord, Discourse)
• Background as a security practitioner or GRC professional
