CMMC Consultant

About the role

As our CMMC Consultant you will build SecuryxAI's defense industrial base compliance capability — developing CMMC Level 2 and Level 3 control libraries, assessment templates, and advisory methodology to help defense contractors achieve and maintain CMMC certification.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain SecuryxAI's CMMC Level 2 and Level 3 control libraries
• Map CMMC practice domains to NIST SP 800-171 and SCF controls
• Develop CMMC-specific assessment questionnaire templates and evidence guidance
• Advise defense contractor customers on CMMC scoping, CUI boundary definition, and remediation
• Support customers with SPRS scoring and self-assessment documentation
• Stay current on DoD CMMC rulemaking and update platform content accordingly

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years in CMMC, DFARS, or NIST SP 800-171 compliance advisory or assessment roles
• CMMC Registered Practitioner (RP) or Certified Assessor (CA) credential preferred
• Deep knowledge of CUI handling requirements and DFARS clause 252.204-7012
• Experience supporting OSCs through CMMC Level 2 or Level 3 assessments

Nice to have

• Active security clearance or clearance eligibility
• Background at a C3PAO or CMMC consulting firm
• Experience with SPRS submission and DoD contractor compliance programs
